Tell us about your business and what you want to improve. We’ll review your setup, then talk through useful opportunities together.
Free · 20 minutes · No commitment to a buildAfter the build
Support that matches what you need.
Agree the support period and ongoing responsibilities upfront. Monitoring, changes and further improvements can form a separate support plan.
Software and usage costs shown separately
The proposal defines acceptance criteria, access, ownership, third-party costs and support. Your first system should make sense on its own.
How it comes together
You know the business. We build around it.
Stay involved in the decisions. Get a system your team can actually use.
01Find the right starting point.+
Walk through a recent task, the tools involved and where work gets stuck. We check existing features before recommending a custom build.
You bring: a real example and the outcome you care about. We clarify: the opportunity, constraints and whether it is worth scoping.
02Build it. Try it. Refine it.+
Agree scope and price, then review a working version together. Test routine tasks, missing information and exceptions before anything goes live.
You bring: sample inputs, access and feedback. We handle: the implementation, connections and agreed checks.
03Put it into everyday use.+
Walk your team through the system, document the workflow and agree who handles support. Review the useful measures as the system is used.
You get: a clear handover and operating responsibilities. What follows: improvements based on how the system performs.
Before we begin
Good questions. Clear answers.
Can you work with the tools we already use?+
That’s our starting point. We check what your software already does, which integrations it supports and where a useful gap remains. Sometimes better configuration is the right first step.
What does a project cost?+
We price the agreed scope before building. The proposal separates implementation, third-party software and usage, and any ongoing work. If an integration needs investigation first, we scope that separately.
Do we need to know exactly what we want?+
No. Bring one recent example of a process that is slow, frustrating or causing missed opportunities. We’ll help you work out whether a system change could improve it.
How long does an implementation take?+
It depends on the workflow, integrations and access to real examples. We agree a timeline after understanding those requirements and give you milestones to review.
Will an AI agent act without our approval?+
We agree where it can act and where it should ask. Quotes, sensitive decisions and unusual requests can stay with your team. The workflow includes a clear path for exceptions and human handoff.
What happens after the build?+
Your proposal defines the handover, support period and account or code ownership. Monitoring, usage costs and further improvements are discussed explicitly, so you know what continuing operation involves.
