A clear starting point for using this website and exploring a project with AppliedAgents.
These terms explain how to use our website and what to expect when starting a conversation with AppliedAgents. Paid project work is agreed separately.
1. About this website
AppliedAgents is operated by Flourish Ventures Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 81 643 999 642). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company operating AppliedAgents. This website provides information about custom AI systems, automations and business software through this website. These terms apply to your use of the site.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, introduce malicious code, impersonate someone else or submit information you have no right to share. You may browse public content and share links to it.
2. Free audits and discovery meetings
A free business audit or discovery meeting is an initial discussion of your business, a task you want to improve and possible next steps. It is exploratory and does not include a comprehensive review of every system, a security audit, or legal, tax, financial or other regulated professional advice.
The introductory questions are designed to take about one minute; your time may vary. Selecting “Choose my meeting time” sends your brief to us and saves an enquiry record. You can then choose an available meeting time through our booking provider, Cal.com, to go over your brief with us. Submitting the brief alone does not reserve a meeting. A booking is complete when the scheduler confirms it; check the confirmation for the date, time zone and meeting details. You can use the links in that confirmation to cancel or reschedule.
There is no charge for an agreed free discovery meeting and no obligation to purchase a build. An initial discussion does not commit either party to a project, delivery date or particular result.
3. Project work and results
Paid work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, responsibilities, fees, timing, data handling, intellectual property and support. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Saving time, improving efficiency and supporting sales are possible goals, not guaranteed outcomes. Suitability and results depend on your business, processes, information, third-party tools and how a system is used. Any completed-work example should be read together with its stated context and limitations.
AI output can contain errors. A project should establish appropriate testing, review and human oversight for its intended use. Website information does not promise that an AI system will be error-free or replace professional judgment.
4. Content, branding and examples
AppliedAgents branding, original writing and original visual materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Browsing the website does not transfer ownership or permit you to present our identity as your own. Third-party names and icons belong to their owners; their appearance alone does not indicate endorsement or partnership.
Examples and demonstrations illustrate possible workflows. The interactive service examples use fictional data and run in your browser. They do not make calls, contact customers, update a real CRM or publish content. They demonstrate a possible interface and workflow; they are not client results or a promise that every feature is included in a project. We may update website content and available features.
5. External services and your information
Messaging, portfolio and booking links may take you to services operated by others. Those providers have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Review them before sharing information or making a booking.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Please use accurate contact details for genuine enquiries and avoid sending confidential customer records or sensitive personal information in an initial message.
6. Availability and consumer rights
We aim to keep this website useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every example will suit your circumstances. Contact us if you notice an error or want to confirm something before relying on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, remedies or consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of liability for our services.
